Paolo Dell’Elce

Based in Milano, Italy, Paolo Dell'Elce is an industrial designer who brings clarity and precision to the furniture, lighting, and products he designs.
From 2011 to 2014, he served as Design Director at Danese Milano, overseeing the development of new collections for the historic Italian brand. Since 2015, he has been Associate Director at David Chipperfield Architects in Milan, where he leads furniture and product design as well as interior-related design projects within the practice.
He also designs independent work under his own name, ranging from serial production to more tailored pieces. In everything he does, Dell’Elce focuses on results that have precision, proportion, and long-term use.
Dell’Elce’s work has been published internationally and recognized with a Red Dot Award in product design and an honourable mention at the XXIII Compasso d’Oro. His designs have been exhibited in institutions such as Triennale di Milano, Museo Poldi Pezzoli in Milan, Museo dell’Ara Pacis in Rome, and Kunstraum München. He graduated in Industrial Design from Politecnico di Milano.
