Simple bold forms, generously scaled components, and rich materials combine to create a handsome statement for sophisticated office environments.

 

CONSTRUCTION

Legs are constructed of cast aluminium feet and heavy gauge steel columns. Leather top desks have polished chrome leg finish.
Frame and edgeband are in solid oak in natural or hand-stained finishes.
Top surface inset is Spinneybeck Andes and Velluto Pelle leather upholstered panel in one place or with double-stitched hand -tooled seams when units are over 200cm.

 

FINISHES

Polished chrome legs with tops in Spinneybeck leather Andes and Velluto Pelle with oak edges in different colours.

Dimensions

PLATNER EXECUTIVE COLLECTION

Table desks width varies from 198 to 274cm; depth and height are 109cm and 74cm respectively.

Table desks can accept one or two pedestals.

Returns are from 100cm to 150 cm wide, 51cm deep and 66cm high Returns can be used with one pedestal or with no pedestal.

Warren Platner studied architecture at Cornell University. Following his work with legendary designers Raymond Loewy, Eero Saarinen and I. M. Pei, he immersed himself in the creation of steel wire furniture, devising the method and tooling to produce the lounge chair in the line as well. Notable among his residential and commercial projects are the Georg Jensen Design Center and the Windows on the World restaurant in the World Trade Center, both in New York City.
